By using our services or this website you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These govern the relationship between The Residential Grid and our clients.
The Residential Grid is an estate agency based at Office 1, 23 Heathfield, Stacey Bushes, Milton Keynes, MK12 6HP. Contact: info@theresidentialgrid.co.uk | 01908 106 204.
The Residential Grid provides residential estate agency services including property sales, lettings, fully managed property services, and standalone advisory services. The specific terms of each service will be set out in a separate written agreement or letter of engagement provided to you before services commence.
Our fees are fixed and transparent. Full details of our fees are set out on our Fees page. No fees will be charged without your prior written agreement. We do not charge a percentage of rent.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information when instructing us. You must inform us of any material changes to your property or circumstances that may affect our services. You must cooperate with our AML identity verification process as required by law.
The Residential Grid is registered with HMRC for anti-money laundering supervision. We are required by law to verify the identity of all clients before providing services. We may request identity documents and proof of funds. We are obliged to report suspicions of money laundering to the relevant authorities.

The Residential Grid will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from our services. Our total liability to you in connection with any matter will not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in connection with that matter.
Either party may terminate our agreement by giving written notice as specified in the relevant service agreement. Fees already earned for work completed will remain payable.
If you have a complaint please refer to our Complaints Procedure. We are a member of the Property Redress Scheme.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
