Our commitment to you

All our fees are fixed and agreed in writing before any work begins. We do not charge a percentage of rent. You will never receive a surprise invoice from The Residential Grid.

Tenants

Tenant fees

In accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019

We do not charge tenants any fees other than those permitted under the Tenant Fees Act 2019. Permitted payments are:

Rent
Refundable tenancy deposit (capped at 5 weeks rent)
Refundable holding deposit (capped at 1 week's rent)
Changes to the tenancy requested by the tenant (capped at £50)
Early termination of the tenancy (when requested by the tenant)
Utilities, council tax, communication services and TV licence
Late payment of rent (interest at 3% above Bank of England base rate after 14 days)
