What is Client Money Protection?

Client Money Protection (CMP) is a mandatory requirement for all letting agents in England who handle client money such as rent and deposits. It ensures that if a letting agent misappropriates client funds, landlords and tenants can be compensated.

How your money is protected

All client money is held in a separate designated client account
Client funds are never mixed with our own business funds
We are audited in accordance with our CMP scheme requirements
In the unlikely event of misappropriation, you can claim compensation through our CMP scheme
