Rent Collection lets you stay involved in maintenance decisions while we handle the money side. We find the tenant, handle referencing, collect rent, chase arrears, and send you monthly statements. This costs 8% of monthly rent.

Let Only is perfect if you want to manage the property yourself but need help finding and vetting a good tenant. We handle marketing, viewings, referencing, and tenancy agreement setup. This is a one-off fee of 100% of the first month's rent, with no monthly charge.
